Indie Bazaar

On a dreary Sunday morning, Annalise and I drove downtown for the Indie Bazaar, a local craft and vintage fair. We brought our favorite holiday party dresses, shoes, purses, and hats to sell at the event. While we had high hopes, the fair was a bust. There weren't too many vintage connoisseurs shopping for vintage dresses, but we did meet many great vendors. Dear Mina was also selling her lovely jewelry. I wanted every piece but (thankfully) saved my pennies. I still have Christmas shopping to do! But I can dream...

We were so happy that Nicole from Fashion Forestry and Ashley from Fancy Fine stopped by to say hi. Amidst the non-vintage seeking crowd, they were a much needed relief.

Our "sad faces" for the low turnout at the event.

Annalise and I did have quite a lot of fun taking outfit photos. Yerba Buena Gardens are beautiful, even when it is raining.

Vintage Red plaid Dress, Black Bow Ferragamo Flats, Thrifted Cardigan

Vintage Red Paisley Ascot Shirt, Vintage Reconstructed Pleated White Skirt, Vintage 1960's Black Gold Stud Heels, Black Leather Clutch, Vintage Lion Head Belt

Despite the weather and lackluster crowd, we still had a great day. Playing dress up and talking vintage always makes a lovely Sunday.
