I left my heart in San Francisco. And after three months of being away from my most beloved haunts, I am finally home. I missed the San Francisco fog, 60 degree weather, and wearing a jacket in July. I missed El Rio in the Mission, Held Over Vintage in the Haight/Ashbury District, riding Muni at two in the morning, impromptu thrifting trips at the Salvation Army, and coffee from Four Barrel. Nothing compares to San Francisco. I am glad to be home.
The colors and print of that dress are beautiful! Wow, it seems like I was just reading your first post from Ann Arbor...though it probably doesn't seem like summer's been short to you since you were away from SF.
Yay for being home sweet home!! I love this dress, it's seriously gorgeous, the colours are perfect on you and the print is wonderful. I'm so excited for jacket weather, jackets are my favourite outfit piece xJennaD
It's always nice to be home:) I love the dress. The colours and the flowers near to the hem. Lovely. Great colour combination with the outfit and the red wall.
happy that you made it home safely! i wish i could call san francisco my home..i would love 60 degree weather. :P you look beautiful Jenny..the colors in your dress are very pretty..<333
I always miss SF. Beautiful photos. I miss the palm trees in California. And the ocean. Sigh. I love the colors in that dress. Adorable. Especially with the clutch and the shoes.
Your dress is so so so pretty, it fits you well! And I'm glad you're home, I know the feeling of missing those specific little things. While I was gone last month, I made a list of what I wanted to do when I get back - specific restaurants I wanted to eat at and clothes I wanted to wear, for example.
However, now after reading this, I wish to see San Fran so badly! I've wanted to visit there my whole life. Ever since I was a kid & listening to my mum recount her year spent growing up there.
Aw I'm sad you didn't get to visit me in Chicago this summer but I hope to visit San Francisco soon, probably in January or February when it's super cold and sunless here.
I adore your '70s dress and tooled bag, two staples of my wardrobe!
Wow, I'm sure its great to be back. You have some amazing light in these pics. Lovely dress and good to hear your glad to be back in the swing of things
Your vintage dress is lovely and so is that amazing leather clutch. I seriously am in love with that purse. Hopefully I'll be able to find something like it soon!
