Summer's Golden Light

gunny sax main
When the city is covered in fog, it's a great time to drive a few miles out of town and find the sun shining brightly. I felt like a prairie gypsy in my thrifted Gunny Sax skirt and white fringed shall. I wish I could have hopped the fence and wandered around the golden hills until the sun went down. Then I would sit by a fire with a quilt over my knees, eating, drinking and talking long in to the night. Summer, please don't leave.

And thanks to the lovely ladies at Dresses For Dinner for the little interview.

P.S. Don't forget to come tomorrow to visit Hummingbird Vintage at Hetcho Loco. It's 1pm to 9pm at Submission Gallery at 18th and Mission.  I'll be upstairs in the Vintage Attic. Right next to the darling Islabell from A Fine Day for Sailing. Please don't be shy, come say hi!! Be sure to mention that you read the blog and you'll get $5 off. :D
