What a lovely day spent with the loveliest of ladies. With Rachel's arrival to San Francisco, we traveled to the Alameda Antiques Flea Market with Ashley and Isla. We spent four hours wandering from vendor to vendor, carefully pawing through racks for a hidden vintage treasure. Next up on the list is the Alameda Point Vintage Fashion Faire on October 22nd.

And a special thanks to Isla for some of the pictures!

Next time I visit friends in SF/Berkeley, I will definitely have to check this out. Looks like you guys scored some good stuff.

The Thriftaholic (Leilani) :

Cat purse! Dog boots! Driving gloves! I definitely want to move to SF just so I can partake in all these fun adventures with all of you. I'm definitely planning an SF/LA trip in February (the worst month for weather in Chicago) so hopefully there are flea markets still going on in the winter.

Oh, B Wyatt :

So jealous of that sweater Isla scored. Missing the Alameda flea market over here...

Mara :

That looks like so much fun! I've never been to a flea market, and I've always wanted to go. I'll have to search for one in my area.

I always love flea market posts. They make me want to spend millions of dollars on useless, but loved, trinkets.
