Annalise and I have been collecting vintage for almost a decade, and we have bins of neglected items waiting to be connected with fellow enthusiasts. Last Sunday, we teamed up with Threadflip to photograph some of these treasures, all of which will be for sale on their site. These are a few snapshots from the day, taken at El Rio in the Mission District of San Francisco. We shot over 50 items, and we plan to list many more pieces in the coming weeks.
Annalise and I have spent the past couple of weeks exploring the Threadflip site, and we are delighted to start selling some of our vintage goodies through the platform. Threadflip allows its users to list clothing, shoes, and accessories through an interactive platform, ultimately connecting buyers with your merchandise. Content is curated for size, styles and price points, allowing you to follow wardrobes of specific users as well as recommend a seller to friends. The site is still in its beta phase, and it will be fully launched early next year. If you would like to start exploring the site now before the general public, Threadflip is offering a special access code to the first 100 readers of Hummingbird Girls.
