Dress- 1940s Vintage, via As You Like It Vintage:: Bag- Vintage Coach:: Shoes- Thrifted:: Belt- Thrifted
I always feel most at home during weekend trips to Sonoma. I enjoy exploring antique stores, spending time in Healdsburg and Petaluma, and perhaps even enjoying the occasional stop at a winery for a late afternoon tasting. I spent a few weeks of every summer during my childhood in Occidental, a small town close to the Russian River and Bodega Bay. I always seem to return to this area during summer for lazy weekends spent camping and laying by the river. While my Northern California longings are partially fueled by nostalgia, I daydream of settling down in a small town up North. Silly perhaps, but nothing seems better than a slower pace to life.

I've never tried it, but I think I might go mad if I were to take on a slower pace of life. I'm losing it enough as is not having a job right now and being done with school (for the time being). Hehe.

ANYway. For 40s vintage, that dress is in killer shape. And I'm totally in love with your shoes.
