San Francisco summer has felt more like a San Francisco winter this year. But with the few warm days we have had this week, I've found myself outside to enjoy some of my few favorite spots around the city. I spent an early afternoon re-reading Jeffrey Eugenides Middlesex as well as catching up on some long overdue writing in a park by my apartment. I wore this vintage jumper and white blouse for the day, and packed my book and journal in my trusty market bag. The handle on this bag recently broke, but I repaired it with a leather needle, knife, and patience. My stitching may not last long, so I will have to find a professional who can properly mend it. Any suggestions San Franciscans?
